Terms and conditions
These terms apply when you book a cleaning with us. They cover what we will do, what we need from you, how payment and cancellation work, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Who we are and what you are agreeing to
Vegas Natural Clean LLC provides residential cleaning and short-term rental turnover services in the Las Vegas Valley. By accepting a quote and booking a service, you agree to these terms. You can reach us on (725) 227-8476.
Your quote controls the work
The service we perform is the one described in your accepted quote and its confirmed checklist. Website pages describe our services in general; your quote is what governs your booking.
If the property is materially different from what you told us when booking — more rooms, heavier buildup, or conditions you did not disclose — we may pause the affected work, contact you, and offer a revised scope or price, a reduced service, or a reschedule.
Booking and availability
A quote request is not a confirmed appointment. Your booking is confirmed when you have accepted the quote, provided a payment method, and received confirmation from us. Until then, times shown may be taken by someone else.
Prices and payment
- Payment is due the day after service unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- We take payment by card through Stripe. Card details are held by Stripe, not by us.
- We do not require a deposit.
- You authorise us to charge the payment method on file for the service performed, and for any cancellation or lockout fee described below.
- Prices quoted are for the scope agreed. Additional work is priced and agreed before it is done, never added afterwards.
- Nevada does not apply sales tax to cleaning services, so the price you are quoted is the price you pay.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and lockouts
We hold a cleaner’s time for your appointment, so late cancellations cost us the slot.
- Cancel or reschedule with more than a day’s notice and there is no charge.
- Cancel on the day of service and a $100 fee applies.
- If our cleaner cannot get into the property, they will wait 30 minutes. If we still cannot get in, the visit is treated as a same-day cancellation and the $100 fee applies.
- If we cancel your visit, you are not charged. We will offer the next available time that suits you.
What we need from you
- Accurate information about the property, its condition, pets, and anything fragile, damaged, or not to be touched.
- Safe and timely access — a working key, code, or someone to let the cleaner in.
- Working water and electricity where the service needs them.
- Cabinets, pantries, and closets emptied if their interiors are part of your booked scope.
- Pets secured if they may escape, become distressed, or make the work unsafe.
- Authority to request cleaning at the property.
Work we will not do
We may decline, stop, or limit work where there is a risk to health, safety, or property. This includes active pests or pest waste, bodily fluids, needles, biohazards, mold, unsafe structures, hazardous materials, or aggressive behaviour toward our cleaner.
If we stop for one of these reasons we will tell you what we found and why, and we will discuss how to proceed.
Independent contractors
Cleaning is performed by vetted independent contractors rather than employees. Each is responsible for their own tools, vehicle, and taxes, and may carry their own insurance. We carry general liability insurance covering our operations.
Damage and property claims
- Tell us about fragile, valuable, or already-damaged items before the visit so we can note them and work around them.
- If you believe we damaged something, tell us within 7 days of the visit with photos.
- We will investigate, and where we are responsible we will repair, replace, or compensate as appropriate.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, items that were already loose or failing, or damage from conditions we were not told about.
The 48-Hour Clean-Right Guarantee
If something included in your agreed scope was missed, tell us within 48 hours with photos and we will return to correct that work at no additional charge. The full conditions and exclusions are on the guarantee page and form part of these terms.
Move-out and short-term rental services
- Move-out cleaning does not guarantee the return of a security deposit or a landlord’s approval. Those decisions depend on damage, lease terms, and other matters outside cleaning.
- For short-term rental turnovers you confirm you are authorised to operate the property and to grant us access.
- The turnover photo record documents condition. It is not a professional inspection and is not a finding about who caused an issue.
Calls, texts, and email
Calls to and from our business line are recorded, and recording is announced at the start of the call. Nevada law requires everyone on a call to consent, so if you would rather not be recorded, tell us and we will stop or switch to another channel.
We send service messages about your bookings. Marketing messages are sent only where you have agreed separately, and agreeing is never a condition of buying from us. Reply STOP to opt out.
Website content
Content on this website is ours and is provided for information. We may change our services, checklists, and prices, and the version in your accepted quote is the one that applies to your booking.
Limits and disputes
We will do the work described in your quote with reasonable care and skill. Where something goes wrong, the remedies above — the guarantee for missed work, and the claims process for damage — are how we put it right.
If you are unhappy, contact us first. We would rather fix a problem directly than have it become a dispute. These terms are governed by Nevada law.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if I cancel on the day?
A $100 fee applies, because the cleaner’s time was held for you and cannot be filled at short notice. Cancelling with more than a day’s notice is free.
What if the cleaner cannot get in?
They will wait 30 minutes. If we still cannot access the property, the visit counts as a same-day cancellation and the $100 fee applies. Keeping access details current avoids this.
When do I pay?
The day after service, charged to the card on file through Stripe. There is no deposit.
Are your cleaners employees?
They are vetted independent contractors. We carry general liability insurance covering our operations, and contractors may carry their own.
How long do I have to report damage?
Seven days from the visit, with photos. That is longer than the 48-hour window for missed cleaning tasks, since damage often takes longer to notice.
Do these terms or my quote control the work?
Your accepted quote and its confirmed checklist control the scope. These terms cover everything around it — booking, payment, cancellation, access, and claims.
Questions before you book?
Ask us anything about these terms and we will explain it in plain language.
