How We Clean

Eco-friendly cleaning is included in every service

Eco-friendly cleaning is not a separate service you add on — it is the product standard we use on every job, from recurring visits to move-outs. This page explains what that means in plain terms, and what we will not claim.

What does eco-friendly cleaning mean here?

It means the products used for normal service come from an approved Vegas standard, and cleaners review surface limits and household preferences before work. It does not mean every product is harmless, allergy-free, fragrance-free, or right for every material.

A product standard you can understand

An approved product list

Our cleaners work from a maintained list of eco-friendly products covering general cleaning, bathrooms, floors, and mineral scale. Anything not on it has to be cleared before it is used in your home.

Saved Product Preferences

Restrictions, fragrance concerns, and client-provided product requests recorded in the Home Care Profile.

Surface-Aware Cleaning

Stone, wood, metal, glass, and coated surfaces get different care. Cleaners stop when a product or method could cause damage.

What we will not use, and what we will not claim

Products and supplies are included in every service, so you never buy anything for us. If you would rather we used your own products, tell us and we will, where they suit the surface and the task.

  • We do not use bleach, ammonia, or harsh synthetic fragrance in your home.
  • We do not describe our cleaning as disinfecting or sanitising. Those are regulated claims that depend on specific registered products used in specific ways.
  • We do not claim our products are non-toxic or chemical-free, or that they are safe for every child and pet. Everything is a chemical, and natural does not mean harmless.
  • What we do promise is a home cleaned properly, with products chosen to be gentler on your surfaces and your household.

Claims this page must avoid

Do not promise that products are non-toxic, chemical-free, safe for every child or pet, hypoallergenic, medical-grade, disinfecting, or able to remove allergens unless each claim is supported. Do not claim environmental results that have not been measured — use exact product facts instead of broad health promises.

The same standard on every service

The approved standard supports recurring care, deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, and Airbnb turnovers where practical. Some conditions may require a different approved product, an exception, or refusal of the task.

Frequently asked questions

Are eco-friendly products included?

The plan is to include approved products and normal supplies. A firm "yes" publishes after the Vegas product and cleaner supply standard is ready.

Can you use my cleaning products?

Possibly, under a written client-product policy — the product must suit the task and surface, and cleaners won't be asked to use an unsafe mixture.

Do eco-friendly products disinfect?

Cleaning and disinfecting are different claims. We'll describe only the uses shown on an approved product label.

Can you work around pets or sensitivities?

Share pets, fragrance concerns, and product preferences during intake. We'll save the notes, but won't promise medical or allergy outcomes.

Tell us about your home and product preferences

We'll match the approved product standard to your home's surfaces and needs.
