Move-out cleaning prepares an empty or nearly empty home for a landlord, buyer, seller, or new occupant, under a confirmed checklist and clear preparation rules. We cannot guarantee a security-deposit return or a third party's approval.

Move-out cleaning focuses on rooms, fixtures, cabinets, appliances, floors, and detailed areas in the confirmed scope. The best result comes after belongings, movers, repairs, and contractor work are finished.

Move-out preparation requirements
Remove personal items and trash not included in the quote. Finish moving, repairs, painting, and contractor work before cleaning. Provide working water, electricity, safe access, parking details, and the handoff deadline.
Security-deposit and approval disclaimer
If an included checklist item is missed, report it within 48 hours and allow reasonable access for correction. The guarantee does not cover new mess after service, work outside the confirmed scope, damage, permanent stains, or a landlord's decision.
Vegas Natural Clean cannot guarantee a security-deposit return or a landlord's approval — those decisions depend on damage, lease terms, and conditions unrelated to cleaning.

Does the home need to be empty?
An empty or nearly empty home is best for a full move-out scope. Remaining belongings, movers, or repairs can block surfaces and create new mess.
Is carpet cleaning included?
We won't promise carpet extraction unless there's a verified service or partner process. Ordinary vacuuming may be included when listed on the checklist.
Are inside cabinets and appliances included?
Only if the confirmed move-out checklist says so — core tasks, add-ons, and preparation needs will be listed in plain language.
Will I get my deposit back?
We cannot guarantee a deposit return. The cleaning guarantee covers eligible missed tasks on the confirmed checklist, not a landlord's decision.
