What is included in a Vegas Natural Clean service?
Each booking has one confirmed checklist. This page explains the proposed launch scope, but your quote and active job checklist control the service.
What is included, task by task
Recurring service maintains the home. Deep cleaning and move-out add the detail work and the interiors. The Airbnb turnover swaps some of that detail for the things a guest notices — fresh linens, restocked supplies, and a property reset to match the listing.
Your confirmed job checklist controls your booking. This table shows the standard scope each service starts from.

Preparation that affects what we can clean
Two rules from the checklist above carry a client obligation, and both affect the guarantee.
- We tidy as we clean — everyday items get straightened and put back where they belong. Where a room is heavily cluttered we clean around it rather than reorganise your belongings, and we will tell you which areas that affected.
- Cabinet, pantry, and closet interiors can only be cleaned if items are removed first. If a cabinet is full, its interior is excluded from that visit and from the guarantee for that task.
- For deep cleaning and move-out service we focus on cleaning rather than decluttering. Clearing surfaces beforehand lets the team work thoroughly instead of moving your belongings around.
- Items inside a pantry are not individually cleaned.
- Carpet shampooing and upholstery cleaning are separate services, not part of any checklist above.
- Cleans can be customized. Any change to scope is agreed and priced before the visit, never after.
Walk through the work
We recommend a walk-through before the visit so priorities are clear, and a final walk-through once the work is complete. On a move-out, do the final walk-through before surrendering access if you can.
If a walk-through is not practical, the 48-Hour Clean-Right Guarantee still applies — tell us within 48 hours with photos.
Move-out cleaning
Move-out service runs the same scope as the deep cleaning column above, which is why cabinet, oven, refrigerator, and closet interiors are included rather than sold as extras. An empty home is what makes that work possible.
Carpet extraction, exterior work, junk removal, and repair are not included unless expressly confirmed in your quote.
Airbnb turnover checklist
A turnover is judged by a guest arriving in a few hours, not by someone who lives there. So the turnover checklist covers presentation and evidence as well as cleaning, and it runs the same way every time.
Every property also gets a one-page profile holding its bed configuration, linen sets, restock levels, storage locations, and quirks — which is what lets any approved cleaner run your turnover, not just the one who has been before.
Clean
Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, and touchpoints, cleaned to the recurring-service standard above. Guest leftovers cleared from the refrigerator, dishes run and put away, all trash removed and bins relined.
Beds and linens
Beds stripped, fresh linens from the property’s clean set, beds remade and presented guest-ready. Used linens counted, bagged, and taken off-site to be washed, dried, folded, and returned ready for the next turnover.
Restock to par
Consumables topped up to the level set for your property rather than a vague top-up — for example two rolls per bathroom plus spares in the cupboard. Anything running low is reported before it runs out.
Reset and present
Furniture returned to its correct position, remotes and welcome materials in place, lights and blinds set, and the property left as your listing photos show it.
Guest-ready inspection
A final pass against your property profile before the cleaner leaves, so the turnover is confirmed complete rather than assumed.
Photo record
The same set of shots every turnover — each made bed, each bathroom, kitchen counters, living area, and entry. Consistent angles mean you can compare turnovers and see condition at handoff.
What we report, and what needs your decision
The photo record is a condition record, not a professional inspection or a finding of who is responsible. The cleaner works to a clear threshold so you are neither spammed nor left uninformed.
- Noted with a photo: stained or missing linens, low or depleted consumables, minor marks, items left behind by a guest.
- Escalated to you before the next check-in: anything affecting whether the property is safe or usable — a broken lock or appliance, a leak, pest activity, or damage beyond ordinary wear.
- Counted every turnover: linen sets out and back, so a missing or ruined set is caught immediately rather than discovered weeks later.
What the host provides
- The linens themselves — enough sets for the rotation to work, normally one on the beds, one clean and ready, and one in the wash.
- The consumables and amenities themselves, or a request for us to supply them and bill the product cost separately.
- Storage space at the property for clean linens and stock.
- Access, parking, and any building or gate instructions, kept current.
- Accurate checkout and next-arrival times for each turnover.
Common exclusions
Unsafe conditions, active pests or pest waste, biohazards, mold remediation, permanent stains, damage, restoration, inaccessible areas, heavy clutter, undisclosed conditions, and work outside the confirmed scope are excluded.
- Utilities, heavy furniture, and ladder work follow the final policy
- Exterior work is not included unless confirmed
- Bodily fluids, animal waste, and hazardous products are excluded
Frequently asked questions
Does this website checklist control my booking?
No. Your confirmed quote and active job checklist control the booked scope. The website explains the service categories in general.
Can I add or remove tasks?
Requests may change the scope and price. Any approved change is documented before work so you and the cleaner see the same checklist.
What happens if an item is blocked?
The cleaner documents the obstruction. Inaccessible or blocked areas may be excluded from completion and from the guarantee for the affected task.
Are add-ons guaranteed to be available?
No. Add-ons depend on the service, time, property, products, and operational capacity. Anything added is agreed and priced before the visit, never after.
